How does it work?

It's very easy to work with us! If you host a book drive, accept book donations, or sponsor any type of event that brings you books, we'll take your books and put them in our store for sale under your account! We follow the same criteria for selling your books as in our trade credit system:

✅ Types of books we almost always take:

  • Current/popular fiction and nonfiction that we have low or no quantity of in our store
  • Comics and Manga
  • Sci Fi trade paperbacks and hardcovers (not the mass markets)
  • Romantasy
  • Recently published (within the last 1-3 years) textbooks
  • Antiquarian books with unique features and/or are pre-1900 (we can work on a price for these together)

❌ Types of books we don’t take:

  • Children’s small board books/paperback books
  • Harlequin, Regency or Love-Inspired Romances
  • Magazines
  • Encyclopedias
  • Reader's Digest Condensed
  • Books that have water damage and/or mold
  • Audiobooks
  • Tapes of any variety (VHS, cassette, etc.)

When your books sell, 50% of the sale price will go to your group’s account and we’ll pay it out as cash. The more books your group brings us, the more money we’ll be able to raise for you guys AND we’ll promote you in our bookstore!
